Jo brings a professional, warm and caring approach to Oak Park Practice,
providing her patients with the highest level of osteopathic treatment
and care.
After qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003,
Jo moved to Norfolk, working in a community practice specialising
in the treatment of expectant mothers and children, while continuing
her postgraduate studies in optimal foetal positioning and cranial
osteopathy. During this time she built strong links with the local
midwifes and health visitors. Jo assisted her principle in teaching
Optimal Foetal Positioning technique to midwifes and to undergraduate
students at the British School of Osteopathy.
Jo treats using a wide range of gentle osteopathic techniques including
cranial. She values the advantages that gentle treatment can provide
in helping all members of the family.
