Saffron trained at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Kent and established Oak Park
Osteopathic Clinic in 1999.

She has taught anatomy, treatment technique and Cranial Osteopathic technique at the ESO and has tutored in the teaching clinic. This has allowed her to pick the skilled team of practitioners who work with her at Oak Park Osteopathic Clinic.

Within osteopathy, Saffron’s particular field of interest is working with babies, infants and families. Through establishing links with local midwives, health visitors and GPs, as well as strong connections with the local National Childbirth Trust (NCT), Saffron has made Oak Park Osteopathic Clinic a leading practise for the treatment of obstetric and paediatric cases.

With a strong commitment to the long term musculoskeletal stability and health of her patients in mind, Saffron trained as a Body Control Pilates instructor in 2002 and teaches group mat work classes in Crondall.

Saffron lives with her family in Church Crookham.
